National Energy Research Development & Test Center for I&CS in Nuclear Power Plants

As the implementation unit of the national energy and nuclear power plant instrument R & D (Experiment) center, we are equipped with 10m EMC laboratory, large-scale walk-in environmental test chamber and vibration test systems, and has established the functional safety assessment capability and software V & V technical capability of the instrument control system, γ / β irradiation test devices and LOCA test devices, all of which are accredited by China CNAS. So far, we has established a third-party "one-stop" comprehensive test and verification platform for nuclear power instrument and control products, which fully covers the advanced nuclear power technical requirements.

The laboratory of reliability, climate and mechanical environment was established in the early 1980s and was recognized by Lloyd's register of UK in 1987.

It is equipped with large-scale test equipment such as electric vibration table, impact test table, drop test table, swing test table, composite test box (temperature, humidity, vibration), special impact machine for ships, which can meet the requirements of composite test such as mechanical vibration, mechanical impact, collision, roll, tilt and overturn, drop, temperature and humidity and mechanical vibration.

In the past 40 years, we have done a lot of tests in the field of reliability, environmental adaptability. So far, we have tested nearly 40000 kinds of products from all over the world.

Valve business

SITIIAS is a type test organization of pressure piping components for special equipment authorized by the State Administration of market supervision, specializing in valve type test. SITIIAS is equipped with valve low temperature test device, fire test device, low leakage test device, etc. SITIIAS forms one-stop inspection and testing certification ability of valves with environmental test ability, functional safety SIL certification, explosion-proof certification, etc. The scope of authorization for valve type test covers: general valve, low temperature valve and pressure regulating valve.
